Sick duck

I'm looking for some advice to help me with my runner duck. She's never managed to regrow her feathers from her last molt, has lost a lot of weight, isn't moving around much, and seems to both be struggling to eat and just not wanting to. She's been a tough, and very flighty, bird for most of her life but these last few weeks have... not been so good.
Could she have a big parasite load or sick? (if so what do people recommend to treat that?) Or do people think she could be getting older? She's between 6 and 7, so I know that's not super young, but I thought most ducks managed to go to 8-10?
Just as a heads up, I'm not financially able to afford a vet right now, so even though that'd be preferable it's not something I can do at the moment.
