Sick duck??

I gave my ducks a bath today and left them alone for about five minutes when i heard them screech I checked up on thrm , and I found one of the ducks on its side in the water. When I went to pick her up she was leaning heavily to her left side and wasn’t breathing so well I think she might’ve aspirated the water was only about 3 inches deep and I got her out of the water immediately. I think she’s about a month and a half old there’s no clicking sound when I listen to her breathe but she’s definitely straining. She can walk a little bit, but she just goes left until she eventually falls over and she randomly seizes, her head starts flailing, and she sometimes flips herself over. Ive been holding her upside down to get rid of some fluid but theres not much coming out. What do I do??
