Sick duckling?!

I have one duckling that hatched 3 days ago
She was still eating and drinking last night but when I checked on her this morning she was very lethargic, had goopy cloudy eyes, wouldn’t stand up and won’t eat or drink.
I already cleaned her eyes and gave poultry vitamins.
Is there anything else I can do for her?

What are you feeding her?
I would give her some freid or scrambled eggs. Chop them up real fine too
