sick duckling??

For one get the ducklings on something besides the slick floor. This looks very similar to a seizure. So possibly holding the duck securely wrapped in a hand towel might help it not to be so severe. Poor little one needs some Liquid B complex. We can't stress enough how important B complex is to them not just having strong legs but overall health. And for some reason some ducklings just can't get it out of their feed properly even when it is made for waterfowl. So get this little one on the B complex to start. is it eating well? you want to make sure he gets a full dose of the b complex so either putting it over a small amount of mealworms or directly into the bill would be best. if he is eating good then putting it over a small treat is better than trying to give it into the mouth with such a small duckling.
This will give you info on the liquid B complex and also dose for its age.

Don't give up on the little one.

It looks to me like this baby may be showing signs of a neurological problem. The crest on the head that you see, is caused by a hole in the skull, a deformity.
Some cresteds are able to live normal lives but some struggle more.

If its neurological it can't really be fixed, but you may be able to help him. Is he able to eat and drink normally? How often does he become disorientated like in the video? Depending on the severity, he may just be a handicapped pet. Or, alternatively if his quality of life goes downhill you may need to consider euthanasia. But this doesn't need to be decided right now if he is managing to do normal ducky things like eating, drinking, preening. It's ultimately up to you to judge quality of life.

I'll tag some more knowledgeable people, perhaps they'll have different opinions or advice to offer. @Miss Lydia @New duck mommy 2021
it only does this random spurts every so often, last night it was fine doing all of its normal behaviors you listed. it hasnt eaten since this morning and is struggling to drink I have to help it and it only wants to sleep I am not sure what to do for the baby I dont want it to suffer but it grooms just fine so I am not sure

Encourage it to eat and drink if you can. Don’t force feed though. We do use tube feeding when one won’t eat but you need the equipment to get started.
It doesn’t sound very good that it’s gone from doing all normal behaviors to not eating and mainly sleeping. Can yo get some liquid BComplex and start by drops right inside the bill let it swallow and do again. Or Poultry Cell come highly recommended.
