They won't replace it for free since they can't ship just one of them they said. But if i ordered two of them they would still make me pay the $45 for shipping. Im not too happy with them about that. I ordered from McMurray Hatchery

I thought anytime you lost a duckling from transit they replaced of course sending another along with it. That is pitiful service.

McMurray drop ships their ducks from California. I received 4 that had been lost in the mail, one was DOA, one died shortly after arrival (dehydration) and another died a few days later. I called them about the first one that was DOA, the offered to reship ONE duckling. I called again after the 2nd one died, then again after the 3rd. They gave my sister (the one who ordered them) a full refund. I would call again and be firm about getting the duckling replaced and NOT being charged for shipping. In my opinion that is a ridiculous amount, they only difference is a smaller box and a cheap hand warmer.
