sick goat...help

Our female goat has not felt well for 3 days. She is not eating or drinking. I gave her an antibiotic shot last night and worm med this morning. She will get up only when I pull her up. She sounds like she is burping.....lots of tummy sounds. Any ideas on what to do for her or what it may be?
