He has been like this for about a week now. First I didn't even notice there was something wrong with him but now it has gotten so bad that he is blind from right eye...

What is this disease(or infection?) and how can I help him? Going to a vet is the last option (over 100 mile trip to the vet). I'm very thankful for any kind of help possible...
