Why does she look like that? She's kind of the loner of the flock of 5 not really excited about food like she used to be

Possibly eggbound, lice/mites, worms... or a combination of any of these.

For lice and mites, you need to check her skin all over especially around the vent for any crawling tiny bugs or eggs near the base of the feathers. Treating with 5% sevin dust will kill them, then repeat in 7 days after cleaning your coop and dusting it. Safeguard liquid goat wormer (1/2 cc/ml) or horse paste (a pea sized dose) by mouth and repeat in 10 days will get most worms except tapeworm. Valbazen gets all worms. For egg bound, feel inside the vent with a finger, and if one is present give her a hot bath for 30 minutes along with a crushed Tums or 1/2 calcium tablet by mouth with a little yogurt. that may help her pass an egg.
