Were you able to look in her ears for any infection and get some vitamin E and B-Complex for her?

She is suffering from what looks like Wry Neck which is a symptom - common causes are Marek's disease, injury and vitamin deficiency.

Offer her some regular poultry feed (layer feed or chick starter) made into a wet mash. Scrambled or hard boiled egg as a treat.

What antibiotics did your vet give you?
