Sick hen barely eating, listless, and has alot of blood in her poop

My hen is not too young but has yet to lay eggs and is barely eating, not drinking, listless, EXTREMELY emanciated, and has ALOT of blood in her poop. She and the rest of her flock of her age are still semi young but none of them have started laying (that I know of).
I have seen a bunch of diseasesbut they all seem to have the same symptoms.....what is wrong with her? And How do I treat it?

I'm afraid it sounds like an internal problem like ovarian cancer that you can't really do anything about. I'm sorry. Our hands are pretty well tied when they won't eat enough.

Stupid question but, I know some things humans can catch from chickens.....is this something I could get?

Did you ever think of Coccidiosis? My silkie was 2 years old and got it.
