Sick hen doing strange green poo

I can't really feel her abdomen - just a very prominent breastbone - not sure I am doing it right?
It's o.k. sweetie, you are doing the best you can.
Feel of her bottom (abdomen). The vent is where she poops and where eggs come out, feel below there where her fluff is - cup her hand between her legs - does she feel swollen - is it hard, soft and pliable or maybe fluid filled? Compare her to another hen of similar size.

Try to get her drinking. I'm sorry she is not well, sometimes they have problems going on that can't be treated, but you are trying.

Please can anyone help with what is wrong with my hen. For a couple of days she has been off it, not interested in food or drink. Yesterday found her sat in coop. Have isolated her. Shes just hunched up, listless - walks around a bit and did a poo like this...
My baby is having similar problems and I’m becoming worried. Has anything you’ve done seem to help??

I had a chicken with this exact issue. Poop and everything. I forced her to eat and drink, constantly bugged her. She got over it and is still alive a year later. I have no idea what was wrong.

It is such a strange one as I haven't seen her eating but she must be eating something otherwise surely she wouldn't still be alive. Today she was scratching a bit and pecking but not pecking at any corn which was there on the floor for her. I wondered if she couldn't see? But when I move my hand in front of her she moves her head. She has a green bottom from the poos. Unfortunately as it's holidays here I am a bit short of time but later today I'll try her with some scrambled egg.

She ate some egg and pellets yesterday. Am struggling to get her interested today. She has done a small but normal poo.

I tried twice with Westgate - both times the sample got lost.

She is still alive, eating if we put the food on a plate in front of her. I am thinking she is partially sighted for some reason.

She moves her neck around funny.

Does this sound like Marek's?

I'd just love to get to the bottom of this.

She has had wormer in with her feed for a week - but just not eaten much.
