I have an 8 month old RR hen and she is seeming very sick lately. She was laying an egg a day, every other egg was a HUGE double yolker. She hasn't laid in almost 2 weeks. Her comb is very pale and she looks droopy. She eats and drinks, but have diharrea, and stays away from the flock most of the time. I have soaked her twice in a warm bath and tried to feel for the egg and lube it, but I can't feel it up there with my finger :( I think I feel it in her abdomen, but I am not sure. Her poop is mostly water and some green stuff. She still eats treats and kinda clucks....I don't know what to do?? I also tried giving her crushed up tums, she didn't really like them but she ate a little. I know she is not herself and I don't want her to suffer. Any advice would be very helpful. None of my other 5 mixed breeds are having any issues. Should I put her down? :( My kids are also stressing about our sick girl

I'm sorry to say she may have coccidiosis. Now, I'm no chicken doctor or expert, but I did some research and she matched some symptoms which include:
Diarrhea that is more bright green or yellow in color, or may have blood
Unbalanced when on perches
Loss of appetite
Dehydration
Droopiness
Ruffled feathers, sitting away from the group
And... if left untreated, death.

There are treatments you can buy, but before that you need to clean out the coop. Get rid of soiled shavings, dirt, sand, or gravel.
Make sure all the food and water is clean. It's a good idea to not to handle her, this can cause stress and its best that she is relaxed.
Most feed places sell treatments, though I can't guarantee it will cure her. There are many websites that will give you helpful pointers/tips.

Or, she could just have an egg problem, I don't know. I'm truly sorry to hear about your hen. We love our girls very much and would be devastated if anything happened to one of them. I hope this helps!
