Sick hen, help please!

My favorite girl was great this morning, now she's slow and doesn't seem to feel well. She's eating and drinking, and should be very close to laying her first egg. I'm not sure what to do, I've checked her for mites/lice and I don't think they're there. It's been a very humid day, she started acting slower about two hours ago.

ETA: I've enclosed a pic of her poop, it's odd.

Please help.

Hmm...maybe dehydration? If you have any mix some hydro-hen or sav-a-chick electrolytes to her water.

I am really hoping this is pre-egg laying behavior and not something more dangerous.
