Sick Hen! Help!

She does have quite a full looking abdomen.

How is she acting - is she lethargic, having difficulty walking, shortness of breath, etc.

I agree with @Eggcessive about reproductive problems. If the abdomen feels fluid filled, sometimes you can drain that and give them some relief. I would only drain if they are having difficulties or are declining. Some reproductive issues there is no fluid only solid or coagulated matter is in there, so you will want to have a good idea if it feels like fluid.
Antibiotics may also help along with draining to fight infection and inflammation - again, it really depends on what's going on in there. Sadly, symptoms of most of these conditions look very similar and you don't know the "name" until a necropsy is performed when the hen dies.

she is walking around but you can tell she is having difficulty and very uncomfortable. I have notice she is having difficulty breathing or breathing harder than usual. She is not lethargic. I'm so bummed out. If I do have to put her down, I don't want to do it until I have exhausted all my options. Taking her to a vet here in california will cost me so much. One of my silkies was having seizures. I took him in to the vet and for a consult, x ray and euthanasia it cost us $450.00 Thank you both for helping out with all this really good information.

:hugs I'm sorry.
I know vets are expensive! You can try the antibiotics that Eggcessive suggested in the previous post to see if that makes a difference.
Feel around on her abdomen, if it's fluid filled, draining her yourself might be an option as well.
It is frustrating and heartbreaking to have a hen that is not doing well. Reproductive problems are sadly common. I've had several, as has others. Make her as comfortable as you can. Sometimes they have good/bad days as well, I usually just monitor them closely and put them down when the time comes.

I will try the antibiotics.

Thank you!!

If I were going to try an antibiotic, I would give Baytril (enrofloxacin,) since it treats many of the bacteria that cause infection in reproductive tracts in hens. I bought some recently from the link below. If you get it, select the 100 ml liquid at $23, and with shipping, I paid $31 and got it in 2 days:
https://www.jedds.com/shop/misc/

Baytril is banned in chickens in the US, but many vets will prescribe it if you are not eating the egggs or the meat.Dosage is 0.05 ml per pound, so a 5 pound chicken gets 0.25 ml (1/4 ml) twice daily for 6 days. You can buy a 1 ml syringe from a local pharmacy or WalMart.

I'm going to purchase it now. Did you give in water or inject them?

On the website it states that I should give probiotic and a liver support after this antibiotics. Do you think that would be necessary ?
