Since around January one of my hens has had a featherless butt. I had asked on here and the few responses I got thought it was just feather picking. It would get better then get worse and repeat. But for awhile now she's also having runny poop. I clean her off, feed her good food, acv (with the mother) in water , no treats/food scraps that would cause diarrhea, occasional plain yogurt. She was wormed around March /April. She does go into the needing boxes but I'm unsure of she is actually laying. I've had several shell-less eggs othe past month or two and I was wondering if it was her then I decided to her locked up because her butt was getting worse this week and she has not laid since being locked up, 3 days. I decided to let her out with the flock this morning and planned on cleaning her rear again today but couldn't first thing this morning. She had happily took off and rejoined the flock. Normal happy hen.

I went out around 2 hours later and she was standing alone in the garage with her butt covered in maggots. I threw her into water that about covered her up to the vent and pulled maggots off had fast as I could. Some were very tiny but most were larger. I don't understand how it could of happened so quickly, I was just with her :( I dumped that water and kept going, dumped that and kept going. After several baths she was clean enough I could carry her inside and we sat in the bathtub doing it again and again. I put salt on her to dry the maggots out, rinsed that off and did peroxide for awhile, had another bath and did more salt then did a final rinse.

She's now in a dog create and I'm not seeing any more maggots and I've been with her about constantly. I'm running into town now to get SWAT, I saw on here that its a good product.

She Won't eat, drink, she's just standing in the crate not moving.

Any advice?? I've been crying and desperate. Ill do anything I can for her if someone has a suggestion

The 3rd picture shows possible swelling. I think it's going to be egg yolk peritonitis :(
