1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.) Brown Leghorn EE Cross Hen, 2 years old, about 4lbs

2) What is the behavior, exactly.

Monday night around 8pm, i noticed that she was very weak, closing eyes, dragged wings to the floor to help support her up, then around Tuesday 3am , i got up to check on her, and she was up and back to normal, she ate, drank water. gave her Pedialite

That morning (Tuesday) i made an appointment to the Vet, and the Vet said that she might have ingested something that may have made her sick, and it might be just passing by her system and the heat might have been affecting her as well since its been in the 100s for the past week. The vet gave her a antibiotic shot, and put her on a ProBiotic gel medicine to be given 1 gram once a day.
I took her home, she ate, drank water, and she even layed an egg.

The next morning (Wednesday), i noticed that her crop still had food in it, she walked a bit slow, drank a bit of water, and a bit of food.

Thursday: in noticed that her crop still had a bit of food in it from the prior day ( But not full, about 1/3 full), she pooped less about the size of a dime but just the white stuff with a bit of green in the middle. she is still a bit slow, drinking less, eating less

Today: No drinking, no eating, she just sits or stands, walks around a bit, no poop as of now. She seems active, but i know she is not 100%, she preens herself, she has no mites

3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms? Since Monday

4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms? No

5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma. No

6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation. Not Sure

7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all. Game cock feed, water, fresh corn,

8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc. Just the white stuff

9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far? Took her to the Vet, Vet gave her a antibiotic shot, and ive been giving her a bit of pedialite

10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet? Would like to treat myself, but can take to vet again if does not improve

11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.

12) Describe the housing/bedding in use She is an indoor pet ever since she got injured 2 years ago, wears a diaper

You could always try a coccidiostat for bacteria in the digestive tract. She seems to have all the symptoms of coccidia. Granted there are hundreds of things in poultry it could be. Also Sulfadimethizine the anti-biotic I mentioned will help treat many symptoms and is somewhat low-invasive for the animal. It's one of the few medications I am comfortable using, and It's out of their systems after a few weeks.
