Sick Hen-pale, lethargic, skinny

I have a 2 year old EE that has been pale, lethargic, puffed feathers and leaning to one side. I just gave her poultry cell to help perk her up but I was hoping for other suggestions as to what may be wrong. Any input is appreciated!

Has she been molting recently? Is she laying any eggs, and have you seen any soft or thin shells? Is she walking normally, and is her tail up or down? Check her crop to make sure their is food in it in the evening, and that it is emptying by early morning. What do her droppings look like? I might suggest worming her if you have not done that. Look her over for any lice or mites under her vent and elsewhere on her skin. Try feeding some watery soaked chicken feed with some bits of scrambled egg, and let us know if she is eating.
