Did you consider botulism as a cause? A epsom salt and water or molasses and water flush can be done if botulism is a concern. One tsp. epsom salts to 1 oz of water, or 1 oz molasses in 1 quart of water are the mixtures. I thought they weren't suppose to molt their first year?? She doesn't have mites or lice. I can't see anything wrong with her ears. But she does have new pin feather growth on her neck and patches on her body as well.
