12 weeks old. I live in FL and it is beyond hot and humid every day with LOTS of rain. I noticed some bloody stool in our coop on Sunday when cleaning. Yesterday (Monday) i noticed our hen in the video below shaking her head quite a bit and segregating herself a bit from the flock and another spot of bloody stool. I started Corid 20% powder this AM at a rate of 1 tsp per gallon of water. The hen in this video was the last out of the coop this morning, is still shaking her head and just seems off. Her comb seems a bit pale compared to the others. She continues to shake her head. First flock of chickens, so I'm not quite sure where to go from here. I did check her vent and could not see obvious lice or mites and have not seen evidence of mites in the coop. Suggestions? Not sure if I should separate her and do something different? I should also add that these chickens were purchased as chicks from MPC and vaccinated. I have a video of her, but not sure how to post it.

Keep going with the Corid...but increase the dose as the correct dose is 1 1/2 tsp per gallon of water, treat your whole flock. Go over your flock searching for bugs. Look in shaking ones ears, nose and mouth for anything unusual.

I am vet tech, but new to chickens (1st flock). I did not even know they had ear canals I could look in, LOL.
LOL. Yep they have ears! Check in there. I would think Coccidosis rather than Mareks by what your describing. No need to separate her unless you need to give her extra care or the flock is picking on her. You will be treating the whole flock anyway. Mareks usually presents with paralysis, or skin lesion, lumps. But your going to check eyes ears mouth and body for any bugs, bumps, lumps or sores.
