Sick hen/sneezing, watery eye, now her comb is starting to darken- please advise on how to help.

So I have a frizzle hen that started sneezing quite a while ago. She ended up getting this big lump above one of her eyes, but that has since cleared up. I have given her several rounds of duramyacin, but that doesn't seem to be getting rid of whatever she has. Then I go out there this evening, and a spot on the back of her comb and a spot above her eye seem to be turning black. I have no idea what this is. I've searched on here, on google, everywhere, but can't seem to figure out exactly what's going on and how best to treat it. I'm hoping one of you guys can advise me on where to go from here. I hate to see my hen sick and she's really a sweet girl. I thank you in advance for your help.

Pictures always help. Do you think she may have been pecked? Or if there are mosquitoes around, it could be fowl pox. Peck wounds are usually black, and fowl pox may be tan with a dark center.
