Sick hen that had worms or maggots

Is she still lethargic?

From your description it does sound like she is suffering from Salpingitis (lash egg), which in an inflammation of the oviduct. Sometimes if caught early, it can be treated short term with antibiotics. Your girl looks to be swollen underneath the vent. Often that is something seen when a hen has a reproductive problem.
Since the "egg" is gone and you don't mention seeing another - take a look at the following link and see if the pictures are similar to what you saw

Hens that get Flystrike often have an underlying condition. It looks like it's healed up fairly well. I've circled a place in your photo - what is that like. Is it like fat or pus underneath the skin?

If she is still lethargic, she may have an infection, it would be hard to know. You can try antibiotics to see if she will rally. A lot depends on if she has an underlying condition like Salpingitis.

Two days ago she was outside pecking and scratching the dirt, eating drinking with my house hen. Yesterday I brought her outside and totally different chicken, she didn't want to anything but puff up and tuck her head. Today I took the picture before I gave her another Epsom salt bath and after that she stopped eating and drinking. I put her in the laundry room where it nice and warm and quiet. She's tucked her head again and won't move, it's like she can't stay awake. Just checked on her and her head isn't tucked, but it almost looks like she has a large lump, but I think she has her head to the side. I don't think she is in distress, she just wants to sleep. I think she's dying and I don't know what to do. She seems peaceful but what do I know. Will she just pass, I don't want her in pain and she not showing it. This is the first time I have ever dealt with a sick chicken that seems to be dying. I'm heartbroken.

You would probably get more help if you could copy and paste your thread and post in the forum right here. https://www.backyardchickens.com/forums/emergencies-diseases-injuries-and-cures.10/ It looks like she has the symptoms of a chicken with an egg bound problem. Hopefully, the treatment works!
Hi, thanks but I'm holding her, keeping her warm, just want her to know she's not alone. Waiting I guess for her to pass, I'm hoping she just will pass and not wake up. She seems peaceful and just wants to sleep. It's just so sad.

I am so sorry for her! My black copper maran passed away from prolapse of the uterus (similar to egg bound) and showed the same symptoms as yours. I believe it was a calcium deficiency which is why I will now switch to a different feed for laying hens. I am curious, what breed and how old is she? It seems that red sexlinks are more prone to it.

She passed away about a 1/2 hour ago in my arms, took her to see her last sunny day and she was ready to go. About 6 hens and a rooster showed up in 2015 and then they decided to stay. I would say she was at least 4-5 years old. Don't know what her breed was. I have a red sex-link and she was egg bound about a year ago but was able to save her. She doesn't lay eggs anymore but that's okay, she's alive and that's all that matters. I think "Blondie" died from yoke peritonitis, damn it's hard.

Awe! I'm so sorry! :hugs
I know how hard it is and people who haven't raised chickens don't understand how attached you can get. I just lost my first one last week and I still think about her every day. At least you gave her a great life. Try to focus on that.
