Sick hen - what does this poop mean?

Hello! One of my hens is obviously unwell. She had just got through a molt and had perked up and began laying again, but shortly thereafter she underwent another behavior change. For just over two weeks now she has been isolating herself from the flock, roosting earlier, and has been sluggish. Yesterday evening and this morning she has been standing with eyes half shut. She has not been laying. She has been eating and drinking, except she has not made any effort to eat today, she came out of the coop this morning and has been standing stationary in the grass.

Other than her behavior, I have noticed two things out of the ordinary, sticky irregular poops, and a small growth on her leg. I am including photos of both. She is not limping, and does not object to being handled. I gave her a warm Epsom salt bath yesterday.

Any help much appreciated, I don't know what is happening and I am worried I am going to lose her.

Those are just spur buds on her legs. She's had them since hatch. That's nothing to be concerned about.
The droppings are indicative that she is not eating well. Likely due to internal pressure caused by something malfunctioning in the reproductive system backing up her digestive tract.
Have you checked her crop function? Is it empty in the mornings before she eats or drinks?
Have you checked between her legs under her vent for fluid build up (ascites)?
How old is she? What breed?
That looks like some egg material in her droppings so she may have broken an egg inside her that has caused an infection.
You could try giving her 500 mg of amoxicillin twice a day for a week and see if that helps.

Thanks for the advice, appreciate it. She is a Red Star, hatched 2019. Her sisters are all healthy. I will investigate further. Would I need to go to a vet for amoxicillin?
