Sick hen with clear diarrhoea

Hi everyone,
I'm hoping to get some help/advice.
I have a 9 month old hen who was fine this morning but this afternoon I noticed she was fluffed up and not as energetic as she normally is. I saw her eat a little this afternoon and drink some water. Her crop is quite soft but I couldn't smell anything off and she has been pooping clear liquid with a tiny bit of solids (sometimes cloudy white). I've brought her inside to keep an eye on her in the meantime and she keeps finding dark corners to lie in.
Does anyone have any idea what she might have or how to treat?

She's definitely healthy. She was all good in the morning so must've eaten something that didn't agree with her

Is she doing better now? If not I'd guess she either ate something bad or is having egg trouble.

Poop pictures? Chickens hide illness well. By the time its obvious they have usually been sick for a while.

Yes she's back to her usual naughty self now
