Sick Hen with White Runny Poop

My neighbors have a sick hen that I'm helping to take care of, she can stand up, but it seems like she's not able to walk too well, she was fluffed up yesterday but when I checked on her today she was not, she took the nutridrench I gave her, and when offered water she drank a good amount, she also seemed like she may have tried to eat (gave her crumble mixed with water so it's mushy and soft) , but I got concerned when after she stood up and pooped, it was white and runny, we have her isolated and under a heat lamp (it's not super close to her) I just want to make sure that the white runny poop may not be a sign of something more serious, and that there's not something else I should be doing for her,

take a look at the threads that showed up.... 1800 threads... you should have a bunch of advice floating in them.....you should be able to also find folks with wisdom in repeat threads and likely tag them for advice for you too....
