Sick hen

I have a sick hen. Juicy sounding breathing and cough. Stretches her neck out a bit like she is trying to get a good breath. She is eating and drinking. I went to the tractor store and got Duramycin (for shots) never done it before and no idea on dosage. I'm having a hard time finding a dosage and would appreciate the help.
