Sick Hen

So my hen has been acting strange lately. She is panting very heavily, she is lethargic, and her comb looks pathetic. I think it might be worms but I wanted to be sure and get some advice first before I went and purchased a dewormer. All of the other hens are doing really well. What do you think?

To be sure you know what you need, get a fecal test done. How old is she? Weather? Egg bound?

She is about 8 months and the weather has been dry in the high 80s. We thought she was eggbound but she passed an egg yesterday. Maybe an impacted crop? It certainly is full now but I'll check again in the morning.
