Sick hen

I have a hen that has been acting off for awhile now. Today I've noticed some "goo" under her wings.. I'm thinking mites? She's also walking very strange, lifting her legs right up under her and taking large steps with her wings tucked right up high. I gave her a bath with dawn, rinsed her and dried her. I set her up inside alone for now. I want to treat her somehow but I don't know what is wrong help! Also she is very skinny and seems to have trouble eating like her throat is bothering her??

Is she has lice or mites look for a permethrin based spray to treat both her and the coop with.
