Sick hen

I’ve got a hen who was lethargic and had pale yellow poops. We’ve separated her out from the flock. Lastnight she drank a good amount of water with a little acv. A friend recommended a little medicated chick starter which she ate pretty well. Today shes still about the same but I attached a photo of her poop to see if anyone could offer a suggestion as to what’s going on with her. It’s been about 6 days now of this.
