I have a hen that is going around making a noise with her mouth open. I’m not sure if it’s gape Worms or Respiratory infection. I’ve had her two weeks and she’s been fine until yesterday. I gave her a vet RX and Wormer. I put apple cider vinegar water down her throat with a dropper. I’m not sure what else to do I let them free range from 6 to 630 at night is that too long for them to free range I need any advice anyone can give

Can you post a video? It would have to be uploaded to vimeo or YouTube or another similar hosting site.

What happened with this rooster that was sick last month? Did he "recover"? If so, how did you treat him?

What de-wormer did you give this new hen?

I'm going to make a good guess that whatever you have/had going on with your flock this year is what's affecting your new hen.
Respiratory diseases are contagious and can be spread even when you don't have any birds that are symptomatic (carriers). Introducing a new bird, she contracted whatever they have.

Likely MG, but without testing it's hard to know.
VetRx is a remedy, you can try it to see if that makes any difference. Tylosin can be ordered online and this will treat symptoms of MG but it's not a cure.

Keeping a closed flock is a very good idea when you have a respiratory disease in your flock.

Here's some reading about diseases

Definitely respiratory but it sounds like you've been given advice from knowledgeable BYC memebers. I'd follow whatever previous advice you've been given.

Nope, doesn't work. And no before I'm asked, I don't have any filters, restrictions, blocks or anything in my settings that needs to be adjusted in my youtube accounts I can assure you of that too🤣
