I am afraid this little girl is about to die. I thought she might have an impacted crop because the other day she was gagging and clear stuff comping up. I did massage all around and helped her throw up. She got some pretty nasty stuff to come up. It did not smell nasty or sour like I have read that happens with sour crop.
She seemed a little better after that. So I have kept an eye on her.
Seems like after about a week she is getting worse. She is so skinny and weak. I felt around on her crop but she just feels like skin and bones and feathers. I can tell my flock knows she is weaker. But they are still letting her eat and drink. Not sure what else to do. I checked poop for worms last week and nada. Now I almost think she hasn’t pooped much at all. When's the last time she laid an egg? She may have a reproductive disorder that is causing her to feel unwell. Often the crop problems are just a symptom. Do see that she's staying hydrated, treat the crop, consider getting a fecal float to see if worms are contributing to her decline. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/

I wish I had some good advice to give, hopefully @Wyorp Rock or another experienced member will chime in soon. I'll be following to see how your little girl is doing, hugs!

I am pretty sure she hasn’t laid in about 2-3 weeks. I have 6 white chickens so it’s hard to know exactly which one is laying or isn’t. But just seeing how she is acting makes me positive she hasn’t been laying. She will eat on a few scraps that I give her and drink a tiny bit of water.

I would offer her some wet mushy feed and encourage her to drink. You want to get her hydrated.
Treat the crop symptoms as well. She may have some more issues going on too, but I would try to work on those and see how it goes.
