Today I went out to feed my chickens and I noticed a lethargic hen, her lower abdomen is huge but I don’t feel an egg it just feels swollen or filled with something. I was also able to get a pic of her fresh poo and it looks like yolk in her droppings? I’m definitely concerned but i don’t know what to give her and I don’t have vet money. Any help is appreciated!! How old is she ? Sounds like maybe internal laying possibly salpingitis - an antibiotic may help her at least for a while . But my experience is with Ducks not chickens I’ve had a couple of Ducks with salpingitis and I gave amoxicillin. They got better for about six months and then sick again so I gave amoxicillin again. They got better for a couple months and then they passed away.
What do you feed them and do you give a calcium supplement?

To me that looks like a shellless egg.

What breed and how old is she?

This won't hurt, and just might help if she's got a reproductive issue going on and an egg stuck inside. Give her approx 300 -400mg of a human Calcium Citrate +D3, whole. If you don't have any, Walmart or any drugstore has it. You can give her one a day for a few days, for up to a week. Just open her beak and pop it in. That will cause contractions and help her expel something if that's the issue.

Has she pooped since then?

They get a mix feed from my towns local feed farm. And yes, I do give a free choice calcium supplement to my hens.

yes she has pooped but still a little lethargic and she has a poopy butt. This was a picture I took of her fresh poo this morning. Do you think I could be anything else?

Have you tried the extra calcium pill yet? That could still be her expelling egg materials from her reproductive tract.

Let me get someone else to look at both of these photos and give their opinion, please, @Eggcessive, @Wyorp Rock

Give the calcium. The yellow urates is connected to a reproductive problem or the liver could also be involved. It is hard to know exactly which one at this point. Reproductive infection, salpingitis, egg yolk peritonitis, fatty liver disease, or water belly can all cause the yellow urates.
