my chicken is very sick!!! she is laying around and she is just acting sleepy. She is inside and has her eyes closed unless I pick her up. I even think she has bloody poop. Please help!!!!!!!

Collect some fresh poop and take it to a vet for a fecal test.
It's possible that your chicken has coccidiosis or worms.

OK i need to clarify my post I'm really freaked out and not sure what is going on. my chicken wingus was attacked by a dog 2 weeks ago. we took her to the vet and she seemed to be ok until today. her comb is dull she's not moving, eating or drinking on her own. is it possible this is stress related?

I can't diagnose anything for sure. It could be that she is developing an infection from the wounds or a number of other things. I hope she snaps out of it. She needs to be separated and babied so you can observe her poop and make sure she's eating and drinking well.

I have never tried this, but I have been told by a poultry expert that saline will help in a situation where you have stress or injury. You're supposed to dribble it into their throat, making sure it goes down the right pipe. Haha, that's why I didn't try it...but you might try dribbling it onto your bird's tongue, if you can get the beak open. It might help, til you can reach your vet. You can get the kind of saline for people you buy in a drugstore.
