Sick Hen

I have a hen that appears to be swollen and can't hardly walk. At first I thought maybe she had an egg stuck inside her that wouldn't come out. Is this possible? She walks about 2 steps and then lays down. And she wobbles when she walks. It is really a struggle for her? Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.

If she's a mature hen, maybe 2 or 3 years. it really sounds like the picture of one who has internal laying, also called egg peritonitis, or else cancer of the reproductive system.
