My hen today has just laid around and not moved around much. Eyes are open feathers are poofed out is the best way to explain it. It's been really cold. I brought her in tonite as she didn't even bother to roost tonite. Any suggestions on what I can do for her?

How old is she? Have you wormed her? Is she having any diarrhea, and is she eating or drinking? Valbazen and SafeGuard goat wormer are very good ones. Coccidiosis can have some of the symptoms you are seeing, along with diarrhea, and a poor appetite. Corid or amprollium in the water for 5 days will treat coccidiosis. I would make sure that she is drinking well, since dehydration can occur during cold weather. Most chickens will eat cooked eggs even when they are sick.
