I have a hen who is lethargic, seems to have a much fuller crop than everyone else but still has an appetite. She also has a pale comb. I came home with crickets to give as a snack and everyone ate them and then I noticed she was basically falling asleep afterwards. I don't know if she was acting like that before the crickets because I wasn't home. I let them out to free range to see if she would move around and she did, foraging around though not as eagerly maybe. As soon as I put them back in coop she was falling asleep again looking ill. under her throat looks wet and I noticed diarrhea when she pooped - frothy.
Prior to this - the girls had sneezing starting last Monday after the introduction of 2 new hens. That was gone by Friday and everyone seemed much better but they've been getting vitamins in their water. This hen lays huge eggs so I don't know if she egg bound, or her crop is impacted or she's some other ill...
