Considering your unusual weather...or I assume it is, considering what's been in the news..maybe it IS heat stroke..or sun stroke...only saying that as I know one sign of sun stroke in mammals is fast and labored breathing. That might explain too why it's only the Rocks...maybe they cant tolerate the weather like the others can. What other breeds do you have?
