sick hens

we need help please. have 3 sick hens this morning. symptoms are drooping tail feathers, drooping cones, fluffed up body feathers, crouching and diarrhea.

Check for mite or lice. Have they ever been wormed?? Check for egg binding by feeling for an egg that is stuck though I doubt all three are egg bound.
