Sick lethargic Roo

My boy here just started acting lethargic in the last hour. he’s not shown any mareks symptoms earlier. (Mareks positive flock) but now, he’s lethargic, shaking his head, dozing, tail down and mouthing. anything I can do here? Spikey presentation on his head is an indicator of distress. Video and photos below.

His eye looks like he has ocular Mareks. Maybe he cannot see the food and water well or is getting kept away from them by a bully? Do you have other roosters? I would take him aside twice a day and feed him separately, so moistened chicken feed and some bits of scrambled egg. A chicken vitamin or a 1/2 tablet of crushed B complex might help him. Then watch the flock dynamics to see if he is being bullied or ostracized. Look him over for any lice or mites on his skin, and consider worming him if he has not been wormed recently.
