Sick Little "Chicky"

Hi,
One of my brown leghorn doesn't look very good

. She won't come off the roost to eat some scratch I gave my other chickens. My other chickens look fine and healthy. When she wouldn't come down from the roost I hand fed her some feed and she ate that. We had to go inside for the night so I put some of that food on the roost and she went to go lay on it. I also noticed that she only has like 3 tail feathers left, but I can see some of her feathers in the chicken run. I think she might be depressed. Her tail is down most of the time. But we recently switch to 16% feed instead of 20%. Maybe that has something to do with it. I am really worried so if some body has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.

We also have a (2) BLHs'...one of them looks perfectly healthy. The other not so much. She is not growing as the other leg horn; particulary in size. I noticed her legs are ashy looking (pale yellow) and when she spreads her tail feathers she looks a little bare on the backside. Also her feathers in general look a little disheveled and out of place. Other than that she is eating ,drinking and running with the flock. Not sure what to do for her...
