sick looking hen I think

I have a hen that is moving slowly and when yo pick her up she vomits, she is eating and drinking like normal, she went into molt months ago, but still has not got all her feathers back she is pretty bald still... and she has not laid me eggs in a while and she was my prize egg layer.... Any suggestions on what might be the problem... Thanks

How old is she? What is she eating? Is she pooping normally? How does her crop feel? Check her out first thing in the morning, before she eats or drinks anything. Has her crop emptied overnight? Does her breath smell bad?

Just some questions that popped into my kind.
