Thank you so much. I will order both suggestions(probiotic and anitbiotics) mentioned right away. Would be good to have in case of emergencies either way. I wish they did not make it so difficult to get these things, but glad at least there is an internet option.

She is still alive. I took a look at her and no discharge or bubbles. She is gurgling slightly when breathing and I saw her eat some today and last night.

Update: Good news! My lil chickie is doing a lot better today. Turns out she had a bad case of coccidiosis. I realized this once she started having liquid poops and the antibiotics were not improving her situation a whole lot. I am currently treating the entire flock and will start to reintegrate soon. Thank you so much to everyone who helped out so quickly and shared your knowledge with me. I am so glad I did not listen to the vet.
