So I have 5 girls left of my dozen from last year ( well six with the broody that's in my yard ATM). The others died from Marek's we believe and these ones survived.. One of the hens doesn't look all that great. Her comb is pale, wattles and a bit redder but not much and she doesn't tend to hang out in the coop with the others. She walks fine and makes similar noises as the others, not sure of she's laying tho and her feathers look fine. Besides not hanging out with the other girls during the day, often times she also isn't in the coop at night, and when she is, it's usually in the nest box for the night.
I'll add a picture I took last night but its not too great to show what her comb looks like , so I'll take another tonight. Also I have not checked her for bugs of any sort.

The other hens look and act perfectly fine.

The top of her comb is almost white
And doesn't look as nice as the others combs

I'd guess sick. she looks anemic. very anemic. try giving her high protein food, meet scraps/ pet mince and some wild bird seed is also great

Have they ever been dewormed? If not I'd suggest doing so. There are a whole lot of things this could be but start with the most common and easily fixed things first and go from there. Deworm them if they aren't already on a regular schedule and check them carefully for lice or mites. Both worms and mites can cause a bird to become pale, anemic and low energy. Would be a good idea to go into the coop at night with a flashlight and see if there are any mites moving around on the roosts as well since that's when they like to come out to feed.

Thanks for your replies! I will deworm tomorrow.. I have safe guard and Wyzine.. Which is better? I will also look in the coop tomorrow night for bugs.
