Sick polish chicks

Help. I have 2 polish chicks that are acting very lathargic and sickly. They stopped eating unless I force feed them. One chick is gasping for air a lot and very congested, I can hear the mucas in her when she gasps. The other chick is just very latharhic and shivers. Any help is apprechiated

Our polish did a similar thing, Tylan for 10 days in her water and she slowly recovered
