Hi
@morheb
Your pullet looks very sick - can you take her to a vet?
In the second photo - is that food in the corner of her beak, or does she have a bit of lesion/plaque inside the beak?
Putting your location in your profile will help us give you better information geared for you. Was she attacked/picked on as well?
What does her poop look like?
Separate her so you can monitor her more closely - try to get her hydrated - offer poultry vitamins in her water. Get her drinking well, then offer her some chick starter or boiled egg.
Mucous from the nostrils and the swollen eye could be from respiratory illness. For the eyes, you can flush them with saline and apply an ophthalmic ointment like Terramycin eye ointment or similar.
It's hard to know exactly what's going on with her - she may have a respiratory illness with complications, so you may need antibiotics to help her out - your vet can give you some good medications. Otherwise, you can try injectable Tylan50 which can be found at feed stores like
Tractor Supply. Dosage would be 1 cc or ml per 5lbs. of weight, given 2X a day - this can be given by mouth or by injection. You need to weigh her to give the proper dosage.
If you happen to lose her, then sending her to your state vet would be a good idea - a lot of illnesses are contagious and can make the birds that she has been housed with carriers. Clean out your water stations and keep a watch on the rest of your birds.
Keep us posted.
