Sick pullet

I have a 4 month old pulley that is acting lethargic and strange. She will stretch her neck out open her mouth wide like she is gasping and occasionally make a raspy noise. I have heard her make the sound for a few days but the lethargic behavior and gasping motion are new. She is drinking. I haven't viewed her eating but I know she is drinking. They are completely free range.

Any ideas?
