Sick Quail - HELP!

This thread is old enough the birds in question have probably died of old age

Seems like they had cocci though. Read this thread it will list symptoms and treatment.

In a brooder they get cocci from eating feces, try to eliminate/limit their ability to do that.

I have 2 Jumbo Golden Coturnix quail and one of them has poop that looks like slime. It's green with no solid part. I don't know if it's something the quail ate or a sickness. She ( or he idk) will sit and lay down, but she just has, like I said, green, slime looking poop. I looked up "why is my quails poop green" and "is my quail sick" but nothing cam up that helped. I was wondering if you knew something.

Btw they are about 2 months old, and they live outside is 8' long, 3' wide, half ( of the 8' ) 3' tall and other half 1' tall. They have a 150 watt heat lamp. Idk the temperature of the heat lamp, though. Tell me if you know anything about this or if it's a sickness or food poisoning.

I'm just throwing this out there, sometimes my chickens get green gross poop when they eat a lot of greens. Did they have any treats lately?
