sick quail

One of my quail, who seemed fine yesterday, is very weak today, has trouble walking, a curled toe, and seems to feel very tired. What might the problem be and how do I treat it? Thanks.

I think the poop looks normal. The quail live in an aviary on the ground, and it's been a bit cold and rainy. Could it be head boink?

He's having trouble standing. When I moved him, he couldn't stand up and thrashed a bit to try to move around. Now he's inside with a heater and is leaning against the cage. He picked a bit at his food though I don't know if he ate anything.
