Sick reds

My bourbon Reds act sick as they act normal then 10 mins more or less they lay down flat on ground and don't want to even move then a few mins later they act fine. This has been going on for a few days and it has been very cold here lately but the chickens are doing ok as

Sounds like their cold.Any sneezing/coughing or crazy reactions/emotions going on.Are any of them moving on their belly an d having their head raised?My black hen could barely stand.She was still for a whole day,then at the end,acted like a rock.Her eyes kept closing,she'd move,but twist her body around.Her neck would swing.I thought she got up to go in,but turns out she didn't and was drinched with rain an d died.Could any 1 have a solution of why this might have happen.They were at least 1 year or 2 when this happened.
