get yourself some tylan 50 and give it to her. its an antibiotic you should be able to order or your local feed stores may have. it will not make this go away. it will make it better .

I understand being the type of person who would NEVER kill a sick chicken. I always try everything to save my chickens! I know money is a problem for some people, but do you have a vet who treats chickens? Because if you can, you could bring her in to get looked at. And hopefully if you can take her in the vet will prescribe a medication. @Eggcessive said in post #11 a few ways to treat it. I hope your pretty hen survives, good luck, I will keep her in mind. But my hens Snapple and Noodle would like to say something to your hen:

Please re-read post #11. Your chicken does not appear that sick, but you need to close your flock at least. Don't add birds or sell hatching eggs. Read the links in my previous post, and get some drugs. Culling is a personal choice. You can get your chicken tested to find out what she has.

she will not be sick forever. give her the medicine and she will get better. but she will pass it on to your other chickens. just dont add any more chickens and treat the ones you have now .even when all the signs are gone if you bring new chickens in they will still catch it.
