Is she hunched over? Are her eyes half shut? Are her feathers ruffled? Does she stand on the ground rather than roost with her flock mates? If one of the answers is 'yes', then your hen may have vent gleet, or more commonly known as nasty chicken butt.
Don't worry. If it is vent gleet, then you just have to more thoroughly wash your hen's vent. Yogurt is a natural treatment. Olive oil is supposed to help too, which you can add sparingly to the yogurt. Epsom salt is said to work as well, though I have never tried that myself. However, if you give your RIR an Epsom salt bath, she might poop out anything she needs to. It's a great laxative. Anyways, be sure to check out the BYC thread on vent gleet.
